June 10th – 12th , 2018, Talent Acquisition Leaders from some of the largest organizations across Canada gathered at the Toronto Marriott in Downtown Toronto for a few days of networking,

learning and sharing of best practices, as well as stimulating discussions surrounding attracting, engaging, acquiring and retaining a highly skilled workforce for continued corporate advantage. The program was a resounding success with comments from attending executives including:

Whether the executives were examining how to attract leading talent, tackling diverse hiring head on by becoming more aware of their unconscious bias, navigating data and analytics to influence future hires, or discussing ways to utilize AI technologies to save time and deliver the best candidate matches, it was clear that they relished the opportunity to be able to share ideas with one another, learn from each other’s experiences and maximize their time at the meeting through attending sessions, meeting with various service providers and networking.
