Bob serves as Chief Intellectual Counsel for Honeywell Performance Materials and Technology and has been with the company since October 2018.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Bob spent 6 years as the Chief IP Officer of IQVIA, building and establishing their IP program. Bob also spent seven years at Avaya where he ended his tenure as Head of Intellectual Property Law – Transactions and Open Source and was Senior Attorney at AT&T where he focused on transactions, patent assertion and monetization. In addition, Bob spent 4 plus years as a patent litigator at Fish & Neave (now a part of Ropes & Gray). Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University – College of Engineering and Rutgers Law School and has a LL.M in Intellectual Property from George Washington University Law School.
