Christopher supports the company’s digital growth agenda, leading an enterprise technology transformation, including significant modernization of the platforms and infrastructure used by the core business and stakeholders to provide the best customer experience at all times.
Houser is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, information security, data and analytics across the business and for supporting the growth of Signature’s business by partnering with the company’s business units on IT and analytics related to patient driven healthcare and reimagining quality of life. His focus is always forward thinking with a keen awareness for continuous improvement: governance and policy, resource allocation, application services, data management, information technology infrastructure, clinical systems and the Signature HealthCARE Information Technology organization.
Prior to joining Signature HealthCARE, Christopher has spent over 18 years working across different industries both nationally and internationally, with broad expertise in managing complex, multi-business shared services – developing innovative solutions that improve business process performance and at the same time reduce costs.
Away from the office, Houser is a frequent guest speaker and panelist for both professional and technical topics. He is presently a member of SIM, serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the Premier CIO Connects Forum, Health System CIO and Healthcare, Insurance & Life Sciences. Most recently, Becker’s Hospital Review named Christopher to its 2018 list of “Hospital and Health System CIOs to Know.”
