David has been with Flowserve, a $4B global manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of flow control solutions, for over 26 years in various roles of increasing responsibility.
He started his career as an application engineer, progressing to sales engineer, sales leadership and now leads the global sales operations team, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.
In his current role, David and his sales operations team supports 2,300 commercial associates execute go-to-market strategies across all geographies, industries, offerings, and channels. Currently, the team is organized across four pillars: Sales Incentive Design and Execution, Talent Development and Organizational Change, Process and Technology Optimization, and Commercial Intelligence and Analytics.
David is passionate about educating and enabling a highly effective sales team with modern tools, systems, and capabilities and informing those team members with timely, accurate, and useful insights that support decisions and promote action.
