Keysa D. Minnifield
Keysa is the Vice President, Human Resources for Sodexo’s Service Operations in North America.
In this capacity she serves as the senior human resources partner for a shared services model that includes Supply Management, Food Platform, Facilities Management Platform, IS&T, Vending, Safety, Planning & Deployment and Labor Management serving more than 13,000 sites in the US and Canada. Additionally, she provides leadership and support for Entegra, a Sodexo Group Purchasing Organization and Roth, a Sodexo Facilities Management company. Her key duties at Sodexo are leading the development and implementation of human resources strategy inclusive of recruitment, retention, talent management, workforce planning, training, development, and succession planning initiatives to drive the organization’s strategy and growth.
Ms. Minnifield’s leadership skills have been honed through a number of challenging roles. She has held numerous positions within Sodexo including general manager, human resources director, and vice president communications. Keysa also has experience in Labor Relations and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to her current role Keysa was the Vice President, Human Resources for a business unit supporting more than 50,000 employees at 900 sites. Her combined experiences and skills have led her to be a leader in the areas of thought, change management and transformation.
Keysa holds master’s degrees in business administration, Human Resource Management and Development as well as certifications in Human Resources and Crisis Management. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Female Executives the Women’s Foodservice Forum, SHRM; Bethune Cookman University Hospitality Advisory Board and the National Urban League Executive Advisory Board.
