Mo has held a wide array of executive leadership positions at Stericycle and its predecessor companies in; Environmental Health and Safety, Operational Compliance, RCRA TSDF operations, and hazardous waste field service operations. He has extensive experience managing Environmental Health and Safety potential liabilities, developing proactive programs to address these issues in an effective and efficient manner.
In the earlier part of his career he held a number of engineering positions focusing on; RCRA facility upgrades, feasibility studies for contaminated sites under both CERCLA and RCRA regulations, and process engineering studies for improved environmental compliance. He presented a series of papers to the Southern Gas Association related to the recovery of mercury from contaminated soil. Mo began his career at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
He is a talented leader who knows how to develop and guide highly productive teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
