Sarah Pike has been AVP of Talent Acquisition of Carecentrix, since 2014. Sarah’s key focuses are on initiative sourcing strategies, employee branding, client implementations and recruiting forecasting in a fast paced ever changing healthcare landscape.
Sarah has held Talent Acquisition leadership roles for such companies as Nalco, CIT and Vodafone. She has developed and implemented talent solutions which incorporated assessments, streamlined sourcing models and succession planning. Sarah was a Pivotal Player in setting the European sourcing strategy’s across 18 European Countries, resulting in huge cost savings across the business.
She also held positions which oversaw all the talent branding, recruitment data analytics and next generation talent resourcing. Sarah’s a past recipient of the “Carecentrix Leadership Award for “New Client Implementation” & “The Living the Values Award”.
