Stephanie is passionate about helping hyper growth technology companies maximize their potential. At Splunk, she currently leads a global team focused on transforming and accelerating Splunk’s business model towards $5B+ in revenue. Responsibilities include worldwide GTM strategy planning, marketing, sales, and partner operations, sales incentive design, deal strategy, and GTM process and system optimization. Prior to Splunk, she helped create the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, a $1B+ revenue business, by leading the acquisition and post-merger integration of Radian6, Buddy Media, and ExactTarget. Before joining Salesforce, Ms. Chang worked in management consulting and technology. Stephanie holds a Bachelor in Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
