Sunny Scottsdale Welcomed L&D Executives to the Annual Corporate Learning & Development Institute!

On September 11th – 13th, Learning & Development executives from across North America gathered at the JW Marriott Camelback in Scottsdale, AZ, to connect, collaborate and share best practices that leaders are tackling in the L&D space.

Attendees from a wide range of industries came together with a similar question and goal in mind – what are the strategies to harness a successful Learning & Development function to drive business priorities and objectives?

As the roles and responsibilities of L&D continues to expand and change, the learning function is at the core for the development of their people – at all facets of the organization. Ultimately, the L&D function is an integral piece of the puzzle to help organizations get back on track after years of tumultuous change.

The annual Corporate Learning & Development Institute was the ideal setting to candidly discuss these changes head-on, with likeminded individuals. Through a series of case studies, business meetings, interactive panel discussions and think tank sessions, the attendees had an opportunity to be an active member of the conversation by sharing success stories and challenges that they are facing at their organizations.

CLOs, VPs, and heads of Learning, HR, & Diversity from organizations such as PepsiCo, WM, AbbVie, Global Payments, Wells Fargo, Siemens, CHRISTUS Health, YUM! Brands, and many others, shared their passion and expertise in the Learning & Development space as the program covered a few of the following themes:

The 2022 Corporate Learning & Development Institute provided a safe space for executives to gather in an intimate and interactive setting, to effectively network and share tangible best practices for attendees to take back to their organization and implement change.
