Be the Employer of Choice by Investing in a Learning Culture and Workforce Education

Thursday, August 5, 2021 2:00pm – 3:00pm EST

The job market is booming. As organizations scramble to keep up, executives must think strategically about how to find, attract and retain top talent in this ultra-competitive post-pandemic world.

Many of the world’s leading enterprise companies are leveraging the power of education to position themselves as a top employer of choice. Through employer-sponsored education, organizations can provide their people with access to life-changing learning opportunities that drive skills development, boost retention and contribute to a more diverse talent pipeline.

One of the largest credit unions in the United States, Desert Financial Credit Union (DFCU) has done exactly that. Deepening its decades-long commitment to lifelong learning, DFCU recognized this opportunity to invest in its employees’ growth and partnered with InStride to launch its workforce education program, InvestEd.

For this interactive Virtual Think Tank, join us to discuss:

  • Why traditional tuition reimbursement programs aren’t effective at engaging employees
  • How DFCU was able to achieve 100% awareness and 10% enrolment within 90 days of the program’s launch
  • The powerful role of workforce education in attracting and retaining top talent
  • How to leverage education to develop a more diverse workforce and leadership pipeline
  • Strategies for maintaining a competitive advantage in today’s job market
