Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging has always been an important topic; it is even more so now, amidst crucial conversations about systemic racism happening around the world. With increased scrutiny of — and pressure on — companies to address these issues, HR leaders are facing greater expectations to create clear and transparent strategies for cultivating inclusive and diverse workplaces.
