    As Vice President of Global Recruiting, Becky leads the team responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for HubSpot globally. Her team is focused on scaling HubSpot’s recruitment engine, from optimizing inclusive interview processes to examining the role data can play in hiring and employee retention to delivering on HubSpot’s mission to be a best place to work where employees of all backgrounds and perspectives can grow and thrive. Prior to joining HubSpot in 2015, Becky led experienced hire recruiting for McKinsey & Company’s North American offices and was an executive search consultant with Heidrick & Struggles. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Psychology from Tufts University and lives in the Boston suburbs with her husband and their three energetic children.
