Hiring to Meet Surging Demand for Key Skills and Roles
Wednesday, June 10, 2020 • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (EDT)
COVID-19 has put HR and talent acquisition professionals in uncharted territory. From healthcare providers experiencing a skill shortage to grocery chains desperate for experienced frontline staff, or even businesses hurrying to shift to digital models, there is an urgent need to strengthen teams and bring qualified personnel on board to help weather the storm.
If your company needs to hire, you’re poised to turn a significant challenge into an opportunity to attract the best talent. What you need is a playbook for the times that can help you attract, hire, and retain the talent you need to survive and thrive.
This Virtual Think Tank event will bring together an intimate group of Talent Acquisition leaders to share perspectives and strategies around how to find and hire the best talent in this difficult environment.
Discussion points this session will include:
- Meeting candidates where they are with efficient job advertising
- Creating appropriate candidate messaging in the post COVID-19 era
- Converting interest to applicants with your ATS’ apply flow (Taleo, Workday, etc)
- Measuring results, ROI, and cost per hire
- An example: Boosting Applicant Conversion in Healthcare
