People, Places and Processes: Reshaping Organizations Now and for the Future
There’s no denying that 2020 and 2021 was a year of tumultuous change. The COVID-19 pandemic threw employers a curve ball, prompting businesses to rethink their strategies, their processes, and their priorities. Through it all, HR was front and centre – leading companies through some of the most trying times imaginable. HR has gone from being ‘nice to have’ to being recognized as an integral strategic partner.
As work shifts to hybrid – to remote – to in-office, the workforce continues to diversify. The HR Management Institute Canada invites thought leaders and industry experts to push the boundaries of HR transformation, for a few days of interactive networking opportunities and information exchange. From our valued Speaker Faculty to our Delegation and Sponsors – the HR function deserves a round applause for helping make an unprecedented year not only manageable, but innovative.
Taking place November 7th – 9th at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, Ottawa, ON, the HR Management Institute Canada will host CHROs, VPs HR, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, and Development from leading companies across Canada. Attendees will be active members of the Institute, while taking part in various Keynote sessions, Think Tanks and Roundtables. By participating in the HRMI Canada, you will listen in and contribute to what your peers in the HR community have learned over the course of the pandemic and how they have used these lessons to reshape their people, places, and processes, now and for the future.
