People First: Strategies to Create a Sustainable, Agile, and Future Ready Workforce

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed every business sector and the way people work, across the globe. The adaptation of technology and its constant development has also accelerated the process of adapting new HR Management practices and the recruitment process. HR teams were (and still are) put at the forefront to ensure business continuity, all while boosting and maintaining employee morale. From working remotely, to now managing and functioning in a hybrid work environment, the HR industry is witnessing trends that are considerably different than any year before.
The HR Management Institute Canada invites thought leaders and industry experts to push the boundaries of HR transformation, for a few days of interactive networking opportunities and information exchange. From our valued Speaker Faculty to our Delegation and Sponsors – the HR function has undergone many changes and deserves a standing ovation for helping make the past few years of uncertainty not only manageable, but innovative.
Stay on the cutting edge of HR Management strategies, all while connecting with leading CHROs, VPs of HR, Talent and DEI. On April 24th – 26th at the JW Marriott in Muskoka, ON, attendees will be active members of the Institute, while taking part in various keynotes, think tanks, and roundtables. We are looking forward to hosting and reuniting the HR community, as leaders join forces to share stories and lessons learned to create a sustainable, agile, and future ready workforce.
