Virtual Think Tank Series

Leadership Resilience

Thursday, April 23, 2020 • 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM (EST)

This Virtual Think Tank will be restricted to an intimate group of executives
eager to share issues, challenges and areas of concern that are impacting
their role as they look to navigate all of the change that has taken place due to the COVID19 Pandemic. Discussion points to include but not be limited to:

  • Making decisions in an imperfect environment
  • Adaptability: pivoting from strategic to practical, hands-on management
  • Effective communication with employees and customers
  • Leading with optimism while being realistic

As an Executive, you are an optimistic problem-solver seeking a platform
to engage with peers that demonstrate those same qualities in the best and
worst of times. Virtual Think Tanks provide an outlet to do just that with
up to 10 leaders of large organizations across the U.S.
