Virtual Think Tank Series
Leadership Strategies in Times of Change
Wednesday, May 20, 2020 • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (EST)
As hospital and health system leaders continue to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, they are now beginning to pivot and have begun thinking about short and long-term strategies, plans and objectives. CHROs in particular have a unique opportunity at this time to become the focal point for rebuilding trust, engagement, and culture within health systems. However, no single institution has all of the answers for navigating through the tail of this crisis.
Through participation in this VTT series, executives have an opportunity to collaborate and collectively develop better answers that are both data-driven and experience-based. You will be part of an engaged community of healthcare CHRO thought leaders, which will serve as a strong network and sounding board for ideas and information exchange on how to lead during these turbulent times and improve healthcare leadership and patient care. Now, more than ever, is the time for bold new thinking.
Some critical topics that will be explored during the first part of the series include:
- Building Trust and Engagement
- What can Administrators / Leaders do now?
- Post COVID-19: Re-engaging and rebuilding trust with frontline workers
- Creating transparency between the C-suite and frontline employees
- What are the systems and tools that are needed to thrive in the new reality?
