Thursday, November 12, 2020 • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (EDT)

Building and sustaining engaged teams has long been a continuous challenge given the spans of control in Acute care nursing.  Research consistently shows that there is a direct correlation between satisfied, engaged teams and patient care and safety. The outcome of achieving highly engaged teams is that they have the greatest impact on the key pillars of acute care: The best place to work, the best place to receive care, and the best place to practice.

In this interactive discussion, we will share:

  • Case study findings with sustainable impacts on productivity, engagement / satisfaction and retention
  • Some of the innovative and unique ways your peer CNOs at Boston Medical Center, UNC REX, Carle and other leading health systems are implementing systemic and sustainable best practices with their frontline leaders
  • How frontlines managers are gaining administrative productivity and repurposing that new found time for ongoing performance management of their teams
