The world of healthcare has been tumultuous over the past decade, but nothing prepared the industry for the COVID-19 pandemic.  This unprecedented national health crisis created new challenges which providers were called upon to address in short order.  A number of issues that had been internally “batted about” for years were operationalized quickly to meet the crisis in some form or fashion and important lessons were learned.  Many of these opportunities are now ripe for continuation or expansion to better position healthcare organizations not only for pandemics of the future, but to meet with greater performance success and operational efficiency going forward.

In this Virtual Think Tank, an intimate and interactive group of Hospital and Health System General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers will focus on the most meaningful opportunities in a COVID/post-COVID World; and will discuss how different organizations have been impacted, as well as the strategies being leveraged to not only deal with the current crisis but to prepare for the future.

Jim Daniel practices exclusively in the healthcare transactional and regulatory areas.
