Alexander Gladney

Alexander Gladney is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Capital Health System, Inc. With two locations in Trenton and Hopewell, Capital Health offers complete state of the art care from trauma response to mental health screening to a pediatric emergency center to excellent outpatient facilities. Capital Health also prioritizes innovative new programs and approaches and strives for full integration of advanced technology into their treatment offerings.

Alexander has drafted protocols, policies, and contracts, and was tasked with handling complex real estate transaction and high-profile complex litigation cases. He also acted as an advisor for management, human resources, and physicians on all legal issues as they arose, including public & private contracts, state and federal compliance, conflicts-of-interest, and financial disclosure concerns.

Alexander manages a variety of responsibilities spread across several departments. As Chairman of C.R.I.C., a medical malpractice insurance company, he is responsible for restructuring and realignment of strategic planning, operations, marketing, finance and regulatory affairs. He oversees several departments and has achieved millions of dollars in realized savings through negotiations and business strategy, completed a $30 million dollar cost reduction plan, negotiates directly with CEOs, conduct valuations for asset purchase and stock purchase agreements, successfully handled the defense of federal and state investigations, audits and prosecutions, created advanced affiliation networks to increase market share without full merger or asset purchase and conducts risk management assessments and action plans to protect against privacy and security breaches, and fraud.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Fine Arts. Following his undergraduate education, Alexander attended Temple University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate with a focus on Corporate Law.
