Experienced Human Resources professional, Alexandra Hyland has worked across multiple industries including education, hospitality and now the dynamic world of Fast-Moving Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCPG). Bringing her unique background in political science, ethics and law as well as a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Alexandra has worked to develop authentic and robust learning and change strategies supporting employer brands, talent acquisition, engagement, diversity and inclusion and learning and development. As Global Head of Functional Academies for Kraft Heinz, Alexandra leads a global team working to create a culture of learning, with capability focused development that enables and empowers employees to own their learning, and execute with excellence while growing great careers with the company.
