Casey Williams has almost twenty years of experience in developing customized patient engagement and payment solutions at RevSpring where he has co-engineered the Intelligent Workflow Solutions program and their next generation Payment and Response application. RevSpring’s solutions can be attributed to Casey’s understanding of healthcare’s patient financial journey, process pain points, patient touchpoints and modifying behaviors within the patient financial experience.
Casey attended Bowling Green State University with a focus in Interpersonal Communications and is a football alumnus from 1997 – 2001. He has held various leadership positions within Healthcare Organizations HFMA, AAHAM and COPAM and community organizations Fostering Further, Heartbeats, The Wyatt Adkins Heart Organization and Newark Church of the Nazarene.
Casey’s knowledge of patient engagement strategies, including modifying patient behavior and self-service optimization, has made him a go-to speaker/presenter for HFMA, Healthcare Finance Institute, and Litmos Healthcare Division (formerly Bridgefront) to name a few. He is the co-author of Reinventing Revenue Cycle Management: Delivering Next-Level Patient Experiences and has also been published in Executive Insight magazine.
