Casper Moerck has an established global career as a leader in the talent management space. He has consulted on learning, leadership development, and onboarding for large companies for years and has worked in the renewable energy sector for companies like Vestas & Siemens, being responsible Learning Technology and Learning Operations.
His career has exposed him to most aspects of L&D from instructional design of new hire programs, sales, LEAN and leadership programs to strategy development, learning process & infrastructure optimization and corporate university development.
He currently works for Dematic, where he is the Global Head of L&D & Organizational Change, . Casper holds a Masters Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Roskilde in Denmark.
