Christopher DiDomizio is Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition for Chubb. In this role he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chubb’s hiring, including the recruitment and assimilation of hundreds of professionals annually. He works with senior management in developing strategies for the effective growth of human capital. His responsibilities have included recruitment, retention, development, organizational design, compensation, and employee relations. Mr. DiDomizio was appointed to his current position in 2011.
With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and recruitment training in the following niche areas: insurance, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, information technology, human resources, and engineering, Mr. DiDomizio joined Chubb (formerly ACE Group) in 2004. He most recently served as Assistant Vice President, Recruiting and Staffing.
Before joining Chubb, Mr. DiDomizio served as the Director of Human Resources at Cigna Financial for three years. Prior to his tenure with Cigna, he held staffing and recruiting positions first at Price water house Coopers then at Romac. He also held roles with Omega and the Disney Corporation.
Mr. DiDomizio has established a national, comprehensive recruitment program to enhance diversity and manage college relations. He has been a keynote speaker on college campuses and at national member organization conferences speaking on specialized topics, including inter generational relations, retention, conflict management, and strategic recruiting and interviewing.
