Corry Ioli joined Boehringer Ingelheim in September 2011. Since joining BI, her role has evolved over the past 7+years with increased leadership oversight. As Executive Director of Talent, Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development, Corry provides strategic leadership for the overall vision, development and execution of BI’s talent strategy and leadership development and organizational effectiveness activities in the US. This is inclusive of Talent Acquisition, Academic Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Analytics and Organizational Diagnostics, Transformation, Design, and Change Management.
Corry currently co-leads a US-wide project on Total Rewards to create a customized employee experience, programs and design that is responsive to the preferences of the current and future workforce focused on the attractiveness and retention of our talent.
Corry is very active in BI’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts and has served as Chair of one of our Business Resource Groups, WLI-Women’s Leadership Initiative for 2 years helping women within the organization develop, network and grow across all business areas. Additionally, she is certified and trains the business around Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership.
Prior to joining BI, Corry has held various other recruiting leadership roles at New York Life as Corporate Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Operations and at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC as Director of Research and Operations. She spent 10 years as a Staffing Leader at ADP, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and began her Recruiting career at Taos, The Sys Admin Company and Robert Half International as a Division Director.
Corry holds a BA degree in Psychology from Western New England University. She currently lives in Ridgefield, CT and you can find her watching her son Ben’s hockey games or walking her Bernedoodle, Callie.
