Cynthia Taylor is the VP of Customer Success at Scoop Technologies, the largest carpooling solution in the United States. Scoop partners with some of the world’s most forward-thinking organizations like LinkedIn, T-Mobile, and Swedish Health Services to offer safe, reliable, and convenient carpooling to their workforces.
Cynthia joined Scoop in 2019. Leading the team of Customer Success Managers, Cynthia is responsible for ensuring Scoop’s partners achieve their unique goals. In addition to overseeing Customer Success, Cynthia is a member of Scoop’s Senior Leadership Team and serves as the Executive Sponsor to Scoop’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program.
Prior to Scoop, Cynthia most recently held a leadership role at ADP delivering HR technology solutions to enterprise-sized companies in a variety of industries. In addition to HR Technology, Cynthia has held leadership roles in e-commerce, travel, and digital marketing. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado. Cynthia and her husband live in a suburb of San Francisco with their two teenage daughters.
