Erika Pouliot is the Head of Environmental, Health and Safety at High Liner Foods USA Inc. Erika joined High Liner in 2010. In the past eight years, the company has undergone four acquisitions, three decommissionings and three changes of management. Despite the rapid and significant changes, she and her staff of three have steadily decreased the TCIR. Beginning her career in healthcare human resources, Erika transitioned after a few years to EHS. She is certified as a CSP, SHRM SCP and as a SafeStart trainer. Outside of the office, Erika enjoys hiking and exploring the National Parks with her husband. They recently had their first European adventure together in Italy.
