Jana M. Gessner, Vice President – Environmental, Health, and Safety for PepsiCo, is a globally seasoned EHS executive with an extensive Supply Chain / Manufacturing background with Fortune 500 companies. Her 20+ year career includes positions in automotive, food and beverage, and chemical manufacturing where she has delivered consistent results through strong leadership, technical knowledge, business acumen, and collaboration.
Jana’s subject matter expertise is development and deployment of global EHS management systems, strategic EHS process, cultural transformation, compliance assurance, and creating a zero-incident culture. Her in-depth experience assessing business needs, at all levels of the organization, and implementing robust EHS process that is integrated into the business ensures the protection of people, assets, and fosters a culture of EHS excellence throughout the organization.
Jennifer Krueger is an experienced leader in Learning and Development who has a passion for excellence in talent management and executive development.
Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Learning for Ahold Delhaize, a global retail organization with a dominant president on the East Coast of the US and in Europe. Her current focus is on strategies for developing critical capabilities supporting customer-centric innovation and business growth.
Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership roles in Human Resources at Ahold on topics including performance management, workforce planning, associate engagement, leadership development, learning and operations.
Jennifer has her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from the Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from Monmouth University.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys nature through hiking and kayaking.
