Jill M. Goldman is Vice President, Senior Counsel II, Intellectual Property and Contracts at the American Bankers Association in Washington, DC. For 15 years, Ms. Goldman has been the Intellectual Property expert for the premier financial services trade association representing the $17 trillion banking industry and its 2 million employees. In this role, Ms. Goldman is responsible for the ABA’s U.S. and International copyright and trademark portfolio maintenance, brand strategy, clearance, registration, prosecution, protection, and enforcement. Prior to joining ABA, Ms. Goldman was a trademark associate in New York City working for IP Boutique law firms with entertainment and consumer packaged goods clients.
She is admitted to the bars of New York and DC and earned a LL.M in Intellectual Property and JD from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
