Marti is the Senior Director of Benefits for Warner Music Group. She is responsible for the overall design strategy, implementation and communication of the organization’s health and welfare benefits (2000 ee population) (HDHP,HSA, PPO) voluntary plans (critical illness, legal, pet insurance), 401 (k) Plan and Deferred Compensation program, worker’s compensation program, STD/LTD leaves. Marti oversees the company adoption, Progyny/ One Medical/Ginger programs and wellness initiatives and manages vendor relationships. She performs annual audits and file 5500’s, and collaborates with legal to draft policies. She is responsible for ensuring compliance of benefit and retirement programs with various local, state federal and governmental regulations including (PPACA), (HIPAA) and (ERISA) and also manages Benefit programs in the Workday HRIS system.
