Mary offers more than twenty-five years of experience in the Human Resources industry.
In her current role, she has responsibility for designing and administering the compensation and benefit plans for 7500 employees as well as oversight of the recruiting efforts for over 1000 new recruits each year. Prior to joining CAMC in 2004, Mary’s Human Resources and Organizational Development career included leadership roles in the public and private sector. Tasked with providing leadership through start-up, growth and turn-around situations, Mary has repeatedly proven her ability to deliver strong and sustainable results while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing market conditions and political environments.
Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Marshall University and her Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from Marshall University Graduate College. She holds a Society of Human Resource Professionals (SPHR) designation.
