Nancy Di Dia brings more than 25 years of change and social experience in overall management, leadership and cultural change in the corporate world. Her experience has spanned financial services and healthcare. . At Boehringer Ingelheim Nancy has responsibility for leading a culture of belonging, inclusion and diversity within animal health, human pharma and biopharma for the U.S. businesses. In addition, Nancy is an (ICF) International credentialed and certified PCC Executive Coach with a focus on finding impactful ways to engage the brain in sustainable insights and change.
She is an active member of the task force for Talent Innovation- a think tank and research group of leading global companies that leverages talent across the divides of gender, generation, geography and culture. Nancy is also on the board of the International Multicultural Institute (IMCI) a non-profit that offers service, knowledge and skills for individual and institutional change through inclusion.
Over the past ten years, Nancy has been the proud recipient of numerous awards for her work in Diversity, Culture, Belonging & Inclusion as well as her industry wide efforts to improve diversity in clinical trials. In 2018, Nancy was an honoree at the One Woman Makes A Difference Awards Celebration by the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund (CWEALF) for her impact on the lives of women and girls in the state.
