Nina Brody is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at the CSC ServiceWorks Center (“Center of Excellence”) in Irving, Texas. She reports directly to the CHRO to assist with delivering people results through the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives.
Nina has over 20 years of strategic leadership experience specializing in transforming talent operations during and after large mergers and acquisitions for increased results. She leads with strong competencies in change management, talent acquisition operations, customer-focused results and process improvements. She is integral CSC achieving its vision of ‘Best in Class,’ striving to create simple, consistent and scalable talent processes that allow the organization to fill current jobs while building talent pipelines to support continued future growth.
In her career, Nina has held leadership roles with direct responsibility for talent teams across many national services companies with geographically distributed hourly and salaried workforces and operations. In her recent role leading the Talent Acquisition organization for BrightView Landscapes, (annual revenues of $2.3B), Nina designed and implemented efficient staffing strategies, recognizing the diversity of the Business Units’ staffing needs while developing and executing other core talent acquisition activities including multi-level career strategies, onboarding, outsourcing, employer branding, careers website development, college recruitment, vendor management, talent pipeline development, diversity recruitment, candidate experience and tax incentive programs. Nina’s team supported the hiring of 15,000 hourly and 1,000 salaried employees on a yearly basis.
