Virtual Think Tank Series
Staying Connected and Staying Productive in a Changing World
Thursday, October 1, 2020 • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM (EDT)
Our professional lives are experiencing changes faster than ever before due to the worldwide pandemic. Companies remain fully remote six months into the pandemic, with no change in sight. Organizations have had to furlough, lay off or move employees into part-time roles. While grappling with these changes, one thing seems to remain the same: output is expected to be the same or greater.
Through daily conversations with heads of legal departments, we have learned that legal teams are expected to keep up with more demanding legal services while facing shrinking budgets. In essence, attorneys and staff are expected to do more, with less. What does that look like and how do you keep all the moving parts going when many of your normal resources have been taken away?
This interactive Virtual Think Tank Session will provide an opportunity to learn from and share with your peers how your organization is handling these changes:
- How to deliver legal services to your organization in the age of pandemics with a remote legal team
- Moving from paper-based processes to an electronic “team-based” information-sharing workflow
- Managing what matters to you: contract reviews, legal advice, litigation, and much more
- Lessons learned on how to DO MORE WITH LESS
