Stephanie Rose is the Vice President of Global Enterprise Accounts for Bright Horizons. She and her team help organizations define and implement dependent care strategies that remove obstacles and allow employees to bring their best selves to work.

Stephanie brings more than twenty years of sales and account management experience to the role and has led dozens of successful projects for leading organizations including PepsiCo, American Express, Comcast/NBCU, and Toyota. She is an expert in designing benefit and well-being programs that meet the strategic cultural and performance goals of large, complex organizations.

Stephanie holds bachelors and master’s degrees from Northeastern University. She is also the proud mother of two children who are both graduates Bright Horizons centers and beneficiaries of Bright Horizons College Coach.
