    Maribeth Bearfield is Chief Human Resources Officer at Bright Horizons, responsible for leading the overall HR strategy including succession planning, talent acquisition and talent development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards and the Bright Horizons Foundation. Maribeth brings a background as an educator and more than 25 years of human resources experience to the role.

    Before joining Bright Horizons, Maribeth served as CHRO at Kaseya Corporation and Hanover Insurance, and as Chief Talent Officer at State Street. Maribeth has also held positions at Cisco Systems, Oracle, and GTE.
