In a matter of weeks, our work and lifestyles have been disrupted beyond recognition: flights grounded, people housebound, rationing of food and supplies, and rocketing unemployment. It’s no surprise that this time has been described as “a human crisis unlike any we have experienced.”

While we take a moment to recognize the devastating impact of COVID-19 on human lives, we need to think about what it means for the future of talent management.

This Virtual Think Tank will be restricted to an intimate group of Learning & Development Leaders, and VPs of HR and Talent Management, who will gather to share insights, experiences and thoughts about what the future holds for talent development. In this interactive session, you will:

Lisa-Anne Ferris, Ph.D. is the Director of Client Services at Wiley | Education Services. As Director, Lisa-Anne promotes the use of educational benefits as a key L&D strategy.  By providing degree pathways and educational opportunities to the workforce, her goal is to collectively bridge the gaps between academia, skills training, and employer outcomes.

Lisa-Anne’s background includes Online Education Management and Teaching, Workforce Development, and HR/Organization Development. Her experiences in these fields allows for the creation, implementation, and scale of products, policies and best practices that benefit adult learners to ultimately aid in degree completion and career progression.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Organization Development.
