Her success is driven by her ability to build strategies for recruitment, hiring and onboarding that strengthen the organization and position it for growth. His articles and commentary are published regularly in online publications and business magazines. Lermusi was named one of the “100 Most Influential People in the Recruiting Industry”.
Lermusi founded Checkster after seven years at Taleo as President of Taleo Research. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Lermusi founded iLogos (acquired by Taleo) and held several positions in research and consulting organizations in Europe.
He has spoken at over 100 conferences around the world on topics related to talent management, career, recruiting and new technology in the fields of human resources. He has presented at The Best of Talent Management Summit, Human Capital Summit, Talent Management and Human Capital Management, HR Technology Conference, IHRIM National and The Conference Board, among others.
