HR The Trusted Business Leader: Focusing on The Employee, The Business, and The Future

In today’s unsettled business environment, after an unprecedented year that challenged the traditional ways of working due to the impacts of COVID-19 and social upheaval, HR Leaders have found themselves thrust into the driver’s seat and taking on many more leadership responsibilities for the organization than ever before. Working closely with other C-Suite leaders on transformational and future focused goals, HR Leaders are contributing significantly to business and employee growth, all well mindfully protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of their workforces.

In such a rapidly evolving environment, IPMI invites HR Leaders across Canada to join us for a few days to catch your breath, and set your focus for the year ahead. Focus on the Employee – how can you better support the ever evolving needs of your workforce?  Focus on the Business – how do you need to continue adapting in 2021 and how are you effectively supporting that change? Finally, Focus on the Future – how is the workplace and the nature of work changing, and how do you survive and thrive?

Through participation in the HR Management Institute Canada, you will be part of an engaged community of HR thought leaders, who will serve as a strong network and sounding board for ideas and information exchange on strategies to guide your respective organizations in the coming months.
