The COVID-19 pandemic marked a radical change and accelerated digital transformation, putting the spotlight on Talent Executives to acquire, hire and retain top talent. Globally, organizations hustled quickly to make their operations, people, and process “virtually friendly”. However, companies need the right workforce and talent to do so. As more roles become remote and following the unpredictable year we experienced in 2020, the talent market has never been more competitive. As the demand for talent picks up, it is essential to understand, what trends will shape talent acquisition in 2021.

After five years of executing the annual Talent Acquisition Institute in-person, the 2021 iteration of the Institute is going Virtual. While no one could have predicted the current situation, we are continuing our commitment to creating space for networking, information exchange, dialogue and collaboration amongst Talent Acquisition executives, even if we cannot (physically) be together.
