The COVID-19 pandemic marked a radical change and accelerated digital transformation, putting the spotlight on Talent Executives to acquire, hire and retain top talent. As more roles become remote and following the unpredictable year we experienced in 2020, the talent market has never been more competitive. After five years of executing the annual Talent Acquisition Institute in-person, the 2021 iteration of the Institute is going Virtual.
