Running the Race and Finding a Pot of Gold at the 2024 Healthcare HR Management Institute
The Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, ideally located in the heart of Los Angeles, is a true embodiment of modern luxury and urban sophistication. This beautiful downtown property was a magnificent venue to host this Spring’s gathering of CHROs and Heads of Human Resources from Hospitals and Health Systems across the U.S. for the 2024 Healthcare HR Management Institute.
Although some may have felt like they ran the LA Marathon, attendees arrived in great spirits to kick off two and a half days of dynamic panel sessions, thought provoking presentations, interactive roundtable and think thank discussions, and informative business meetings.

After some full days of being inspired by journeys shared and lessons learned, and partaking in valuable conversations around ways to elevate the employee journey, attendees also enjoyed two incredible evening networking functions. On Sunday evening, attendees donned their best green attire to take in the St. Patrick’s Day themed Cocktail and Dinner Party. The Dining Room was a sea of green with gold coins gleaming and green beer flowing while skills were tested in an exciting round of St. Patrick’s Day Trivia. On Monday evening, the group ascended to the rooftop pool deck to enjoy a delicious variety of food stations while taking in the Los Angeles skyline views including a beautiful sunset and a thrilling SpaceX rocket launch.
